PolaNight Whitening Instructions

Use Polanight for 14 days straight

STEP 1: Floss and Brush teeth with toothpaste

STEP 2: Apply Polanight gel in upper and lower trays

(tip: the size of a tear drop in each tooth)

STEP 3: Place upper and lower trays in mouth and any solution that seeps out use a cotton swab to wipe off excess solution

Step 4: Leave trays in mouth for up to 30mins.

Step 5: Take out trays and rinse mouth with warm water.

Step 6: Softly brush teeth with your normal toothpaste.

Step 7: Wait 2 hours before you drink/eat/smoke.

Polanight Teeth Whitening Tips.

–Do treatment for 14 days and if you want to increase whitening then have one week off and then do 6 extra days of treatment.

–Repeat treatment every 3 months or when needed Do not bleach every day. Do not overfill trays with gel.

–Never use a mouthwash that contains Chlorahexadine also known as Corsodyl with bleaching. Only use whitening mouthwashes.

–Store Pola gel in the fridge. Always read instructions carefully. Please keep product out of the reach of small children

–Be patient and do not over-bleach your teeth.
